Crooked on a hunt for AbhishekÂs heroine

The buzz is in the circles about ÂCrookedÂ, a co-production of Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani. The movie features Abhishek Bachchan in the lead and his wife Aishwaraya Rai was supposed to play opposite to him. However, the beauty walked out the project due to other work commitments. Vipul ShahÂs ÂAction Replay which has Aish along with Akshay Kumar, is nearing its completion. So the actress is keen to finish it first and doesnÂt want to clash both the projects; resulting in her exit from ÂCrookedÂ.
Now, the production team is on a fresh hunt of heroine. Said Ritesh, ÂWe are now looking for a completely new face in Crooked, which actually requires three new girls.Â
ÂCrooked will be directed by Abhinay Deo and the shooting is expected to start in coming January.
Another movie which waiting for its heroine is yet another Farhan-RiteshÂs other production. The will be directed by his sister Zoya Akhtar and will have Hrithik Roshan, Farhan and Abhay Deol in the lead. They are in need of a fresh face either from London or New York for this one.
The untitled project is waiting to go on floors early next year and will include several foreign locations, besides India. Farhan is keen to bring this movie before his Don sequel and he was impressed with HrithikÂs understanding. ÂHrithik has been a true friend. I start directing Don 3 from September 2010, so ZoyaÂs film had to be completed before that. Hrithik adjusted his dates accordingly, said Farhan.
The movie will be bannered under Excel Entertainment and the lyrics will be done by Javed Akhtar.
